Why have PayPal refunded the £5 charge for faster withdrawal to bank accounts?
Logging into my PayPal account yesterday, I had lots of £5 payments from PayPal. The details of each transaction state 'Wire Transfer To Bank Account '. I believe this £5 charge was for the faster withdrawals to a bank account (1 working day rather than 3-5).
Does anyone know why they have refunded these £5 charges?

This also happened to me. Got over £100 back on 19th October.
I always thought that the £5 fee that PayPal charged was illegal. It obviously was as they have stopped it and now refunded it.
