why don't you answer that question yourself?

If you need to make an outline for your science test, then do it! at least try yourself first.

Its ok to ask for an opinion, or clarification, some help with your homework, but you have to at least come up with some stuff yourself!

Just copying the title of your assignment and saying "needed, please answer if you know", goes too far IMHO
