The TV production “The Simpsons” makes a mockery of Christianity in just about every single episode. On the odd occasion there has been a bit of a knock at Hinduism and even a crack made at Buddhism, but “The Simpsons” has never truly made a mockery Islam. Yes there is the “Mypods and Broomsticks” episode, but that is about a Homer Simpson believing that moderate Muslim is a terrorist planning to blow up the Springfield Mall. (CAIR, the Council on American Islamic Relations, actually approved of the episode’s plotline for “tackling the disturbing phenomenon of Islamophobia.”) The religion of Islam and the prophet Mohammad have never truly been ridiculed by “The Simpsons”.
Why is that? Is it out of respect, fear or something else?

Because Christians don't kill people who mock their religion. Christians will see it, and go "That's offensive!" They will write boring crap about it on the internet, and they may even say they will never watch TV again (yeah right), but they won't burn down anything or kill anyone.
If they did that with Islam they will be bombed
Seriously?
Because the Simpsons is aimed primarily at an American audience, and Americans are much more familiar with Christianity than anything else.
Thus, the jokes are much more likely to be appreciated because they'll be understood. South Park had a go at Islam, but then, South Park is far less subtle than the Simpsons so they could do it successfully.
Islam is not the dominant religion in the USA.
The link below is all of the episodes where The Simpsons took on Islam (there are a bunch).
Troll score 3/10 (did not research question first)
Jees oh Pete! Don't you know? The Simpsons is a cartoon. How real is that? I don't take Micky Mouse or Donald Duck or Fred Flintstone seriously - why the heck do you take a cartoon series as serious when its nothing but a cartoon? Please get a life.
And by the way...if you are so sure of your faith in Christianity, then why isn't your faith bullet proof? If your faith in who you say you are is like having a Kevlar vest or coat of armour, it doesn't matter what anybody says about it. Just how unshakeable is your own faith?
A brittle tree is easily tumbled. An inflexible oak will come down and be uprooted by a slight breeze that it feels. But a person who wears their faith like a coat of armor never minds what others say - you can take what they dish out and it doesn't matter.
So I suggest you re-evaluate just how strong your faith is in what you profess to believe in. If you have built your faith on poor soil you will be fearful when it is criticized and will feel threatened. If you have planted the seeds of your faith in good soil, as Jesus said, then nothing can bother you. Then, you need not be concerned with nor care about what others fail to say about religions you are not a part of.
Call me when the Simpsons is broadcast in Iran.
That said, here are some Simpson episodes that have dealt with Islam:
"Mypods and Boomsticks"
'Screaming Yellow Honkers'"
"The Seven-Beer Snitch",
"Song of Shelbyville."
"Mayored to the Mob"
"Grift of the Magi"
Holidays of Future Passed

So, Thank You for this question that proves one thing only:
You have no desire to research anything, or, you HAVE researched it, but decided to lie about your research because it does not fit your ignorance.
I conclude, therefore, you are a Christian.
Theo van Gogh. Salman Rushdie.
Because Islam is too scary to mock. It is better left ignored. I am suddenly scared just answering this question, so you can just imagine how the South Park kids could feel.

Because the writers know more about Christianity. When they rip on Christians it's fairly tasteful.
Its because muslims blow stuff up when they are offended. Its one of the reasons I prefer christians.
Good pickup.
They probably just don't want to go *there*
