Why do we send so much money to countries that don’t like us, don’t want our troops in their country and lie t?

Are we trying to kill them with kindness or make the die laughing because we send them so much money? Either way it doesn’t look like a very intelligent or sound battle plan. You CAN'T buy friends or appease enemies not matter how much money you throw at them. any good answers???

I agree we should stop sending money to all other countries. Screw them all, give it to the citizens of this country, we don't need them.
