Why do we not have to show voters cards or picture Id when voting ?
We voted to yesterday ,Just wondering why I even have a voters card ,All they did was ask name, address & date of Birth, This has been the same in every election ,I have never had to show an ID nor has my husband, I know our neighbors are registered to vote but they don't vote I wouldn't do it but we could go in give their names, address & birth date & vote in their place, This is not a good system & needs to be fixed

Requiring validation you are who you are and entitled to vote has been presented by some as being "racist". Apparently illegal is now a race.
My state doesn’t require ID. But they do require that the signatures match. That makes it significantly harder to steal someone’s vote.
I've never not been asked for photo ID.
