parents are stupid like that. they always say they regret having kids and they cant pay the bill but thats there fault they had sex and had you.if they think its a fund just let them because u cant do anything about it.

I have never witnessed anyone giving a child their support money to just blow like that, so I wouldn't know.

As long as the child is getting the love, shelter and materials they need why not give them play money but I can't see someone giving all of it to them all the time.

I don't use my child's child support - I can maintain him just fine, so I put his money away in an investment fund so he will have money to start his life.

I see nothing wrong with that. If he does not use his CS now, he will use it when he is older - and I hope he does not need to use one cent until he's ready to go to College - I will work hard to make it happen !

some parents i guess feel its the childs money to do with as they want. but i think its for clothing, medical bills, and any other form of support. but i dont get child support for mine so i dont have to worry about that

i would prefer that my son's mother would spend money for his needs and save a small percentage for his future. instead she buys video games and wonders why she doesn't have any money. i guess there is no law against that either.
