Because people will do w/e they want and suffer little to no consequence. That is a the problem about living in todays time, back in day a long time ago a dude would rather walk through pig poop than be unaccepted.

Some people can't work due to poor mental health, addiction, the obligation to take care of children, etc.

Why do people ask the same question over and over
