Simple neglect. Yes, there *are* mean, cruel, abusive and predatory folks out there, no question, ok?
But for every evil person out there, there are *three more* folks who *Allow* the evil one to do the damage just by not acting and not paying proper attention. For example, in almost *every* school shooting since Columbine, ok, underaged teenagers were *able* to get guns and ammunition. How? Because people were *Not* paying attention and doing their jobs. Gunsmiths and shop owners didn't check IDs or ages or credit card info....parents didn't *watch* the internet use of their kids....teachers didn't pay attention to who was getting clearly and flagrantly bullied....and so-called counselors, both of the High School and the Mental Health Professional sort *truly* dropped the ball and didn't report a Threat to Self Or Others when they really *should have and Had to*.
And that's just the biggest, clearest, most obvious example. This happens all the time. All the time. Doctor's offices fail to confirm appointments--then fail to follow up when the client doesn't show up (Earth to Dr. Repetto, hello?? I *Missed* our last appointment, hello??). Banks fail to double and triple check their paperwork and figure out, "Ok, this mortgage isn't worth what I thought it was, and the borrower is a massive credit risk *at this amount of money*." People fail to teach their police how to verbally de-escalate people--according to the principle of "Innocent Until Proven Guilty"--and just hand out more bullets and tasers instead, much to the endless amusement of lamers on YouTube.
This happens all the time. The company-owned Mass Media keeps telling us it's wrong to care, boring to pay attention. But we're *supposed to* care and pay attention, at least to our own kids, to our students, to our neighbors. We aren't meant to be this isolated from each other, and we aren't supposed to be *this* fallen from each other's social graces.
We are supposed to care. Neglect is not a normal human condition. Neglect and deprivation are themselves backhanded forms of punishment and abusive, at least if you know your B.F. Skinner and *real* behavioral psychology at all.
So that's why we are broken. Too many of us are allowed to fall through the cracks. We are a nation of passive accomplices. We *let* our Media and our societal Stockholm Syndromes dictate to us what is possible and what is not. We let people tell us we "can not" act when we can, should, and indeed *must* if we have half a damned brain left in our heads.
That is why we are broken. If we were better friends, cared more for each other, and just generally *paid proper attention* while we did our jobs and raised our kids, we would be better off.
Thanks kindly for your time....have a star for your patience with me.
No. did you understand that God made a sparkling set for Moses to modern-day to the people? This seems to point to the actual undeniable truth that He meant precisely what He wrote interior the first ones. Exodus 34 the hot Stone pills a million The LORD suggested to Moses, "Chisel out 2 stone pills like the first ones, and that i'll write on them the words that were on the first pills, that you broke.
