So I decided that I’d stop eating fast food. Everyday I was skipping breakfast, and eating chicken tenders for lunch, and a baked potato for dinner. With lots of sour cream.... so I decided I didn’t want to do that anymore. I am 5’7, and WAS 155 pounds. (My goal is 130) Now that i am eating salad, and ONLY greens, I have gained 5 pounds and now I am 160 and don’t want to eat anything at all!! I feel like I did something wrong.. but i can’t pinpoint. I also and exercising lightly ... any advice.
