I'd say I agree with numbers 4 and 5 1) I really don't know enough about this topic to agree or disagree. 2) If by "the music industry," you mean major record labels, yes. The want to make money, not promote artists. 3) Just because the company creates them doesn't mean that people have to listen to them. 4 and 5 are definitely linked. Even I'm guilty of number 5. I think that rap sucks, but that's because what I hear is 50 Cent and Souljah Boy. If that's all that's out there as far as rap goes, then yeah, it sucks. I'm sure there's better stuff out there, but I'm just not digging for it. Really, there's an amazing amount of stuff out there, but you just have to know where to get it. The real problem is people don't look beyond the steady diet of crap that comes from the major labels and radio stations.
This is just a flawed understanding of science. They aren't the only ones allowed to explain science. You are too! If you have anything to say on science, all we ask is that you show us your calculations, detail your experiments such that we can reproduce your results, submit said information to be reviewed by top scientists in whatever field you choose, and get published. You are perfectly capable of doing that.
Goto school, learn science, which can be divided into many categories, eg. Physics, Math, COsmology...etc.
Once you have spent 4-8 years in school learning about your field, then working for someone who is in your field for about 2-5 years, then getting a grant to perform your own experimentation, which might take you anywhere from 1 year to the rest of your life, to complete, THEN go for a masters in your field, or/and a Phd, finally I believe you can explain science to the rest of us, who don't go and do all of that.
Also , other people can explain science, like religion can somehow explain God. By that I mean uninformed individuals who guess at logic, and do not have the training or knowledge to actually understand the science fully.
When it comes to understanding what's wrong with your car, would you want an explanation from a mechanic? Or would you be happy to hear from someone who doesn't even know how to pop the hood?
If your toilet won't flush, do you want to hear from a plumber, or would the word from any Joe on the street be good enough for you.
Now, it's true that one does not need to be a mechanic to understand how a car works and one does not need to be a plumber to know how to fix a plugged toilet. But in both cases, you would really prefer to talk to someone who you know is qualified in the specific issue.
Uhh.. Well mt theory is that athiest scientist atleast but possibly others are just the devils minions sending out false claims so he has more souls to roast. Oww, I feel so bad for those poor poor people.
Because science is a matter of neurology with many different attributes in conclusion to different types of people who decide to be un-smart and therefore scientists are greatly experienced with high IQ (Individual Qualities) and like to be smart people who understand only a matter of things.
I have no idea what the heck I just typed up.....random words off my brain, really that's science right there, I am not a scientist and I just explained science to you
The same reason you go to a medical doctor if you require medical treatment, or defer to a trained pilot when making transatlantic flights, or a French teacher if you wish to learn to speak French.
"Science and religion [are] no longer seen as incompatible."— The Daily Telegraph, London, May 26, 1999.
BOTH science and religion, in their noblest forms, involve the search for truth. Science discovers a world of magnificent order, a universe that contains distinctive marks of intelligent design. True religion makes these discoveries meaningful by teaching that the mind of the Creator lies behind the design manifest in the physical world.

Because what happens if you give Science to the Religious?
A flat earth? A grand canyon made by a flooding earth?
Get real.
My science teacher isn't a scientist - she has a good enough understanding according to the education department to teach me.
But its better a scientist talk to you about science since they understand it fully. Rather than one who has no idea.
The other way around goes. You'd rather learn nothing from a guy who has no idea rather than a scientist.
Probably because they studied science.
