I'm going to go with Nicholas Ian because I love both the names, they're so handsome and age great and the overall flow of this name just rolls right off the tongue and though it isn't 'yooneek' or 'trendeigh', it's a classical name that I think any boy would be proud to have. I love the name Ian and Nicholas is very sophisticated so definitely Nicholas Ian.
Michael Ian sounds the best, But Thomas is a better name than Michael. It is mature sounding and there are lot of nicknames for it that are super cute.
