Andrew's never been a favorite of mine, I think because it's so common where I live, but it is a perfectly fine name. It's dignified and masculine. I'm also a fan of its nickname options. The name itself is really nice, though. Brooks is the middle name right? If it is, I like it a lot. I've always had a soft spot for Brooks. It's a lot nicer than Brook (which is too close to Brooke, used commonly on females) in my opinion. It's simple yet has lots of character.
This combo is great...I like how you're pairing a more common name with an underused one. The name has balance.
I like the name Andrew but I don't love it because it's kinda outdated and you don't usually see little boys these days with the name Andrew! Brooks I wouldn't ever use as a name! I very much dislike that name because it sounds like a last names and a nickname for the name Brooklyn here a couple suggestion on middle names for Andrew! Andrew Thomas, Andrew Noah and Andrew Jonathon! Hopefully I helped!
