I’m going to need about 100’ cheapest locally is around $24 for a 10’ which I feel is way high there has to be a cheaper option.
If anyone read this question last night I’ll try to answer your questions. No I’m not using it for electrical work so switching to PVC would not help. What I’m trying to do is make a set of lighting trusses.
I’m thinking 2” conduit would be the cheapest way to get a solid 2” pipe if there is any way to get a cheaper 2” pipe I’d love to know about it. I could probably even use a 1 ½ “ pipe for what I’m trying to do yeah that would work just fine now that I think about it.

Lowe's or Home Depot would be the cheapest place. I think the Lowe's here locally sells 2" EMT conduit for $8/stick (10'). It shouldn't be anymore than that anywhere else. Be prepared to shell out a few more dollars for connecting hardware and couplers.
plumbing or electrical supply would be the cheapest way to go
2" conduit is the best option...
HOME DEPOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
