I was wondering the same thing, too. I tried to download it last night, and a bunch of jerks uploaded it as .zip and .rar files that request you go and get a password from their site. But the catch is you have to fill out surveys and your phone # gets sold to telemarketers. They say it's to "keep the leechers at bay"... why upload torrents to a site if they're afraid of leechers ?
Yeah, its usually up an hour or so after it airs, but sometimes I've seen it take a day or two later. I want to see my damages, damn it !
Edit: Several hours since I posted this, and no sign of Damages S05E08 anywhere. I'll post a reply here as soon as I see it got uploaded. It's a shame Demonoid got taken down. :(
EDIT EDIT [11:40 PM EDT]: I can confirm, Damages S05E08 is indeed up now !
It should be out tomorrow (31st August). Episode 7 was released on the 23rd, so the new one should have been released today but it hasn't been yet. Try again tomorrow and it should be up. It did air, it's just weird that it hasn't been put up :) Good luck :)
I even had to go as far as seeing if it aired on Wed. Aug 29. It indeed did. This is wierd. I hope whoever is in charge of posting it, is OK! I am quite worried about him. :X
