well my teacher didnt really explain to us how to do this! she just wrote the note and gave us the assignment, but theres nothing about calculating the angle of incidence! can anyone help ?! thank you !

n1 sin θ1= n2 sin θ2

sin θi = 3/4 x 0.423 = 0.317
