@Jea...Jesus could not be man, and sinless, even if He was God. Sorry, but He even knew that. It's why he chose to be baptized.
Anyone claiming to be a saint, isn't worth listening to. Jesus, nor Mohammed claimed to be a saint.
They were saying. "Here's a better way"
We're all a part of one family, and God (good) resides in each of us, and so does the devil (bad). It's a choice of which to listen to.
Again, only my opinion. I might find out one day I'm wrong, But I will happily take responsibility for what it, whatever happens.
Update 3:@Jenn...I believe Jesus lost his temper, more than a few times, and acted on impulse. He didn't loose His temper out of love, either.
That might be a minor sin, but a sin, none the less.
I'm not saying that makes Him any less of a holy person, only that he did fall to his human frailties.

No.
Jesus was tempted just like we are. He had the same temptations that we do, however he was able to fight his impulses and not sin.
Being tempted to sin, is not sin - actually committing the sin is sin, but being tempted is not.
For example - say it is a sin to eat a chocolate cupcake. There is a delicious looking cupcake sitting on the counter, you really want it, it looks so amazing, you are so tempted to eat it, but you don't - you walk away. That was not sinning - as you did not actually eat the cupcake, even though you were tempted to.
That is the concept that Mainstream Christianity doesn't understand that temptation and sin are two totally different things - one does not necessarily lead to the other. We can be tempted and decide to give in to the temptation and commit the sin, or we can be tempted and decide that we will just walk away and not sin.
That is what Jesus did - he was able to walk away from the temptations he felt and not commit the sins.
Jesus had to be tempted as we are - he had to be able to experience what we experience as humans in order to act as our intercessor for God. When we pray, we pray through Jesus for forgiveness of sins - Jesus knows all about the temptations we face and he understands how we feel, so he can act as our intercessor. If he did not go through the temptations that we do, then he could not act as our intercessor with God.
Although Jesus was human - he also possessed the powers that God gave him so that it was easier for him to fight temptations.
Mohammed was human with no powers from God, so it would not have been easy for him to fight temptation and would have slipped and sinned - after all he was human as well.
To also answer your first question - when Jesus said let he who is without sin cast the first stone - he did NOT throw a stone at the woman. That line was to tell the accusers that they themselves were sinners as well - they were accusing this woman of adultery and sin - Jesus was basically calling them sinners as well. That was the purpose of that passage - to show us that we are all sinners.
As the sacrificial Lamb of God, Jesus had to be sinless and Jesus forgave sin and only God can forgive sin and only God is sinless. Jesus is God in human flesh who walked the earth 2000 years ago.
Jesus was writing their names in the ground as He called out "He who is without sin cast the first stone."
Jeremiah 17:13 KJV "O Lord, the hope of Israel, all that forsake thee shall be ashamed, and they that depart from me shall be written in the earth, because they have forsaken the Lord, the fountain of living waters."
As the Pharisees departed, Christ wrote their names in the ground.
No he didn't. He was calling out the religious leaders to demonstrate that they were no better than the woman they were marginalizing.
no he was just making a point
no, and thus nobody else was able to either.
