I know the bun is baked with bacon and cheese, and it's made of a beef patty, a kind of potato pancake called a rösti, and bacon. But then there's a slice of cheese and a cheese sauce that's kind of sour. What are the two cheeses please!
What's the difference between a rösti, a kartoffelpuffer, and a reibekuchen?
They're all potato pancakes... but, is it location, cooking method what?

Sorry it just says cheese sauce, i for one did never eat that specific Burger. The cheese slice looks just like the other ones on other burgers, so that should be the same mix-what-is-cheap cheese.
Baggers, Kartoffelpuffer, Reib(e)kuchen are regional different names for one and the same. Flat and tightly packed: http://www.kostenlose-rezepte.eu/upload/Reibekuche... made from very tiny chips.
Rösti is made from larger, longer chips and is supposed to be more "fluffy" http://media.zentrum-der-gesundheit.de/titelbild/r...
