I just noticed this on his eye today. Is this a stye? Should I be worried? What can I do to help him? Should I take him to the vet? He doesn’t cry in pain when I touch it and I haven’t noticed any changes in behavior.

Nothing. Just poke it’s eye with a needle to drain the puss and it’ll be okay

Obviously a medical issue and the vet is the best person to tell you and treat it
I'd get that looked at by A VET. We can really only offer guesses, probably wrong.

Could be a tumor.
