What’s wrong with me? I need 3+ days warning of ANY event because I can’t function and break down without the forewarning?

Does anyone else experience this?

For me it’s the most minor things that set me off. Such as my parents saying that we’re going grocery shopping the next day etc

It happens to a major extent when I’m stressed about something (which is understandable) but surely this can’t be normal? Other people just get on with it but I completely breakdown and often cry and get emotional. 

Does anyone have any ideas/advice?
