No way we would know what is wrong with your dog. There are no Vets on this site. He needs to see a Vet as soon as you can possibly get him to a Vet. Your dog is in PAIN & needs to see a Vet. He is suffering.
FYI-It is against the law to NOT take a sick or injured dog in to see a Vet. It is considered abuse. You can't just let your dog suffer.
