28 year old female here. Within the past few months I have noticed that about 90 percent of the time, it feels like my heart is racing. Even when I’m resting. A couple of months ago I felt my heart racing in my chest. I had been resting for about 2 hours. I checked my pulse, and it was 92 bpm....Which I know is still in the normal range but kind of on the higher side. Since then, I always check my pulse when I feel like this. Just precautionary I guess. Well.. Yesterday.. after an hour and a half of lounging and feeling like my heart was racing.. I checked and it was at 96 bpm. But 10 minutes later..I still hadn’t moved.. and it was back down to 80 bpm.
A couple of years ago I DID have an EKG and they saw inverted T waves. Which, if I can recall, could have meant I wasn’t getting enough oxygen to the heart? Or something? But after multiple tests, my doctor said it was probably because of my “large breasts”.

That's normal. Get rid of the Fitbit (which are not accurate anyway) and stop obsessing.
Sounds like anxiety. Even if you are unaware of any.
