What’s going on with my boss?
I want to quit he tells me you can’t. I talk with another male coworker, he assigns me to another assignment away from that coworker, he told me he will move me to another department but he didn’t he seems very controlling what do I do?

What do you do about what? Quitting? If you want to quit, then quit. Your boss only has the control that you allow him to have.
He's your boss, he's supposed to be some what controlling. He doesn't want you to spend your whole day chatting with your co workers.
If you really want to quit then give him a resignation letter and 2 weeks notice.
