Can I buy an iPhone from Apple and use it with Sprint’s No Contract plan?
Here’s the deal:
Sprint.com offers a refurbished iPhone 4 8 GB for their No Contract plan. I want a NEW phone (a 4S preferably), in case of something going wrong I know it’s my fault and not the pre-owned phone.
Apple.com is offering the 4S (with Sprint as the carrier) for the same price as Sprint if you bought the phone with a 2-year contract.
And so, can I buy the phone through Apple and use it with Sprint’s No Contract plan?

There are options to buy the phone without a contract, but you will be paying the no contract price. If you get an iPhone 4S, you are looking at paying $549 for the device without a contract. You can do that from the Apple store and take it to Sprint for the no contract plan.
