They don't exist. The only times people can work from home is when their primary employer actually lets them work from home.

If you have serious skills, you might be able to do freelance work, but you wouldn't bring up $8.30 an hour...you'd be talking about how many hundred dollars per hour.

There is no such thing as a work at home "job." Nothing is going to pay you any hourly wage, unless your current employer allows you to work from home & telecommute (assuming the work you do for your employer can be done remotely). "Work at home" ads are scams.

Basically, your options are telecommute for your current employer, or start your own home based business, and make all the types of investments a business requires - time, money, knowledge/expertise, skills, experience, space, equipment, etc.

Near impossible.

Nothing like that exists.
