If you haven't seen what a "quarter black" looks like, they look like white people with curly hair. lol What do you think? Aren't we taking the one drop rule to the extreme?
Update:This person has blonde/brownish hair, blue eyes, and has no connection to his black family members.

Kris Humphries, Claims hes black and white. Even though he looks like a white guy with tan. He's only 25% black.
I once had a friend who was 1/4 black, 1/4 white, 1/4 mexican, & 1/4 something or another. She looked tan with some out of control hair. My point being when she was around a group of black people she suddenly fit the part. When she was with me she acted white & spoke accordingly. It came off as fake & confused. I guess she was just trying to fit in, just like your guy.
I think that if he doesn't look like he is black or could be black then why say it?
Your race questions are annoying.
I would say he's black, but it all depends on his take, which cultures he identifies with...
He would be considered biracial.
Why do you care?
