What is the colloquial way of saying "excuse me?" in español?
Also, for example, can you add the word "me" to the phrase or just say excuse.
Ex. perdón me or me perdón or should I just leave off me.
Example of where I would use it. At the grocery store, I would say to the cashier. "Excuse me, I brought my own reusable bag".

you can say perdón or perdóname/ perdóneme
if you are with someone you want to be formal with ... perdóneme.
with someone you woudl address as tu... but still really sorry... perdóname
perdón is a short way... very often used... not overly apologetic and you cansay it to anyone in any situation
in mexico i know they say "con permiso" a lot . and that works just like perdón. and disculpe/ disculpa is like perdone/a
you can easily use both version.... perdoname or disculpe.... it's correct both ways.
