depends on what your after and who your traveling with. Philippines has 7000 islands. There is so much to see and do. You can go and see places such as Bohol and the Chocolate Hills. Or you can get a plane to Boracay and the famous beaches and resorts.
Manila is ok for a couple of days. There are alot of things to go and see. The entertainment areas are mostly around Makati, which is the business district of Manila.
If your a single male after a good time, Angeles in Pampanga. You can get a Victory liner bus for about 600 pesos from Pasay or Cubao which will take you to Dau. From Dau you get a 5 minute trike to Fields Avenue.
It really depends on what your looking to do and who your travelling with or what your budget is.
You need to come back and ask this question again when you know waht your after to do in a holiday
I'm going to list ones all over the country, even on different islands.
Baguio City, Luzon Island
Beaches on Palawan
Mall Of Asia!!!! FOR SURE!!! on Luzon. It's awesome it's like, 3-4 buildings of stores, food courts restaurants and stuff! It's right across from Manila Bay, and on the bidge crossing from the mall over across the road and to Manila Bay, it can be very windy so watch out there. I looked like the Grudge when I was on there (When I visited my family)! It's really fun!
Make sure to try out eating at Jollibee!
Manila Zoo (Watch out for the spitting monkeys.... they were when we were there!)
The Philippines has a cornucopia of resources for your interests ranging from scuba and snorkeling, hiking and mountaineering, monuments and memorials, shopping and eateries, fishing and nature watching, jungles and rivers, surfing and swimming, cultural festivals and celebrations, beaches and waterfalls, pristine wilderness and bustling city life, native pampering and professional spas, native dancing and modern concerts, solitary camping and 5 star resorts. Can you be more specific?
The barrios, there are a lot of barrio lasses waiting to be laid on land and across the country. Go to Cotabato, maybe you have luck and find me and experience the joys of skin-dipping inside me.
