I know that some people have answered it, but I'll explain a little more, so that you can work out similar questions in the future...
If you multiply 12.5% by 100, it will give you the answer as a decimal, which will make it easier for you to work out (or means you can type it into a calculator!)
12.5% x 100 = 0.125
0.125 x 109 = 13.625
And as the answer has to be given in pounds/£, we round the answer up to £13.63
