The same thing as if a man owes $3000 in credit card debt. The interest will accumulate as long as the debt is unpaid. She should make payments on schedule, paying as much as she possibly can above the minimum payments each month until the debt is paid off. If she doesn't pay as scheduled then eventually she will have the debt turned over to collections, and may even get sued for a judgment. In addition, her credit will be trashed to the point of not being able to get a loan at a decent interest rate (if at all) for a very long time.

Nothing, as long as payments are made when due.

Like anyone of any gender - if you owe credit card debt you pay it off.
Is there some reason you think gender makes any difference? It doesn't. She pays it.
If it's unsecured there's really no way a credit card company can collect but there may be a "judgement" if there is a wage.
She should pay it.
Same as if a man owed $3,000.
She gets a job and pays the debt.
Find someone to blame for sexual harrassments and make him pay ...It could be that simple nowadays !
She works hard to pay it off or spends the rest of her adult life trying to recover from debt.
