I'm pretty sure the v stands for vibrato.
The x means to choke the strings but still strum.
The p stands for 'pull-off' which is like the opposite of hammering.
I don't know what that weird symbol is, but when there's a number in brackets it usually means that the note is perhaps very quiet in the song or it's only played occasionally.
The lines are simply the strings. The 0 means open, the 2 means put your finger on the second fret of that particular string, and so on. This song you are trying to learn is not in standard tuning so tune the guitar D A D G B E to play this song. Starting from the lowest string (thickest) and down.
