Ok, I know the rule taught to medical students, Sutton's Law; when you're making a diagnosis, perform the tests would confirm the most obvious diagnosis first. Seems practical. I also know the Willie Sutton quote; when asked why he robbed banks he (supposedly) said 'Because that's where the money is.' How are these two at all related?
