What do I do when my I-130 (Family sponsored – type 2B,age 21 years of age or older) priority date approache?
My application for 1-130 was approved on July 2007 and I have a case no. At the moment, priority date for Family sponsored – type 2B on U.S Department of State Visa Bulleting web site says 15APR01.
Once my priority date become July 2007, how long (years or months) after that does it typically take to get the actually visa?

Usually within about a year ..unless of couse any new Immigration laws do away with certain family sponsoring as has been suggested they will .. but its still a long way off
