Kody Louise - Kody is an illiterate boys name and it so needlessly destroys the ever-feminine Louise. Why you thought a masculine name would be appropriate for a girl, I shall never know...
Jessica Ann - Short, sweet, simple and gender appropriate. I like it.
Ryder Ardal & Rylan Aiden (Twins) - Tacky and trendy. I'm sure every parent (wannabes included) hold the temptation of giving twins, triplets or any other form of multiples matchy names. Fortunately for the children in question, most parents take a step back and truly weight in the factors that will come with such a twist of events. Giving twins matchy names decreases their subconscious sense of individuality and self-worth. I should know, I'm a twin and my mother was one of the idiots in the world who ignored the little voice in her head, all for the sake of being 'cute'.
Lucas Alexander - Fine, if a bit boring.
Honestly, why do you people ask these questions - because there will only be two outcomes:
1) People will shower your names with praise and devotion, thus boosting your ego.
2) People will shower your names with criticism and hate, thus crushing your pride.
Kody Louise: dislike the k, but the name itself is fine. Louise is just too easily Louisa to me, and girly.
Jessica Ann is fine, nothing bad, a little bland but in good taste. It will age well.
Ryder Ardel: love Ryder. Ardel? Ugh, too much of a fantasy name to me. Rylan Aiden: I prefer Ryan, Aiden is ok. I hate the match RA thing, they're individuals, not the same person cut in half.
At first glance I thought the first name was Kody Louis for a boy which is a very nice name. Kody Louise on the other hand is not feminine at all and very plain.
Jessica Ann is also very plain but also a pretty name.
Hate matching names for twins, my twins names aren't matching.
Lucas Alexander is a very nice and strong name for a boy/man.
Kodys nice. Jessicas okay, just a little common. Ryder and Rylan are cool, but not together. I don't like twins being called a name that sounds so similar. If you had one then it would be okay, but not together. If you really insist on having similar names then what about Kyson and Kaden? That's cute. Lucas Alexanders awesome sauce:}

Kody Louise ~ Kody is the jacked-up spelling of the masculine Cody. Louise is filler.
Jessica Ann ~ Jessica is nice. Ann is filler.
Ryder Ardal ~ Ryder is trendy. Ardal looks like a trendy version of the feminine Adele.
Rylan Aiden ~ Rylan is trendy and tacky. Aiden is nice.
Lucas Alexander ~ I'm not a big fan of Lucas, but it's solid. Alexander is very masculine.

I really like all of them, except for Kody on a girl, and I don't like:
a) how similar your twins' names are
b) Rylan as a name - Ryan or Ryland would be nicer
They're really nice as a whole though :)

I like them all except Ryder and Rylan are way too similar for siblings.
I like the names but I think the twin names are to similar
My opinion is that you have no kids and made them up.
There's always a set of fantasy multiples in these "here are all my many kids' full names, what do you think?" questions. Always.
Edit: 19 and with 5 kids. Yeah, right. Not to mention the perfect matching "husband's" sockpuppet account, presented _exactly_ the same.
