If its a normal or reverse fault, you would have the hanging wall and foot wall.
On top of that you can have strain cleavage, slickensides, tension gashes, breccia, gouge...
Your best bet would be to open up a good structural geology textbook like Hobbs, Means & Williams or Ramsay.
u need hanging wall and footwall for fault to happen. then the fault plane where it is the place where the fault slips.
