I was wondering what your meal plan is so if I choose to be a veg. I wanna know what not to eat so if you coulf list foods you eat but they arent bad 'cause I am thirthteen any answers I will proudly embrace thanks so much and I hope you understand this message

Veg meaning...vegetarian?
If so,
I eat fruits, vegetables (cooked indian style -- much more flavor than boiled vegetables and salads for a main course), mexican food (beans and cheese!), sandwiches (hummus, pbj, mayo+veggies+cheese), italian (spaghetti, macaroni, rotini, beet root pasta with olive oil and herbs)
OH.
Spinach is the gold mine for getting all sorts of nutrients in one food! (better for you if cooked -- I say instead of plain rice, make spinach rice with cumin
Also, make sure you get beans in your diet for protein -- black beans, kidney beans, etc...

iam veg from my birth so its not bad at all
today my menu is
milk with toast bread etc
okra with onions and some eggplants dish and cooked pulses plus bread
some salad
little homemade baked potato fingerchips
legumes wih potatoes and some green chillies sauce and bread
milk with almond and cardmom and bread
Nothing with beef, pork, chicken, fish, lamb or any other animal.
I eat anything else.
