I like it. Quinn is a firm Irish surname that made the transition to first name rather smoothly. I think that, despite it not being stereotypically masculine in terms of sound, it's a rather bold choice and, for a short and, dare I say, adorable name, it ages quite well. And when paired with the ever-hardy Everett, the duo comes across as being very subtle, but also very powerful and, thankfully, very elegant. Overall, it's quite the distinctive choice! :)
