Hmm I'm unsure even though when I automatically say the name I think I like it because it oozes simplicity it sounds cute and wholesome however when I think of just 'Kevin' on it's own I think of 'Kev' and then I think of an overweight annoying builder so the name looses it's simplicity and cuteness. Therefore I wouldn't use the name for my son. However even though you don't want it to be reversed I do prefer Samuel Kevin.
i dont personally like it. theres something that doesnt quite work for me but thats just me. all that matters is that you like it so dont worry bout wat n e one thinks

Samuel is a good, solid name with a good meaning.
I just really don't like the name Kevin, probably because when I was in school 40 yrs ago it was popular and all the Kevins I knew were brats!!
I think it flows pretty well. I don't like Samuel as a first name though so I would keep it Kevin.
GREAT it looks like a pro name like what they would use in movies
and at least unlike my last name Samuels is freakin cool (for a guy) but I'm a girl :)
