I've never been sexually active in my life and I'm 20 years old. I heard that after a certain age women should visit a gynecologist, even if they have sex or not. Should I visit a gynecologist? Also, I heard you have to list every past surgery in the "past surgeries" list on the application at the doctor's office. I had a nose job due to complications...do I really have to list that?

Generally, I've always been told that the first gynecologist visit should come soon after becoming sexually active, or turning 21-whichever came first. So, it's something that I would consider looking into in the coming months.
As for the surgery issue you mention-I would list your nose job, just so they're aware of everything, but as already stated, they won't judge you for it, and it really shouldn't make a difference. More than anything, it's just good to lay everything out on the table to begin with.
Good luck! :)
You should visit your gynecologist soon after you first start getting your period, by the time you're sexually active, or by the time you're 18. It's a safety precaution and most of the time nothing is wrong, but that's how doctor's offices are. As for the nose job, you should list it if it is asked, they won't judge you for it. It again is just a precaution. But I don't remember anything like that on the application.
