Your BMI is very low. Should be around 20. Eat more protein and less sugar, I would think it would help your tummy too. If sugar is the problem, stop eating it! Also, tell your parents and your doctor
Hi - you have a lactose intolerance, clearly. Lactose is a form of SUGAR. Please read this link so that you know what Lactose really is, and what foods it is in. It is in most of those foods that you have mentioned.

The fermentation of lactose leads to the typical symptoms associated with lactose intolerance. The classical symptoms are abdominal bloating, cramping pain and flatulence. Diarrhoea is a common symptom as well but varies from individual to others, depending on how much lactose they can tolerate and how much lactose they have consumed. Other characteristic symptoms include nausea, gaseousness, rumbling and in some cases, vomiting.
And you are endangering your health by eating those things that you KNOW are wrong; why are you doing that?
You seem also to be taking rather a lot of medications. Try spreading them out throughout the day; don't take several different types of meds together. Check the packets and instructions to see if some need to be taken with food, or not.
Good luck.
Maybe it's just because you're unused to eating sugary foods. I know if you stop eating something for a very long time you have to ease very slowly onto back eating it.
Could you be have irregular blood sugars? Maybe it could be something to do with your medicines. You could even have gallstones. Maybe you've developed other allergies, say to wheat. Honestly, I have no idea. I'd just stop eating the foods that make you sick and see a doctor as soon as possible if I were you :) it could be serious.
I have the same problem but I take a lax with veg stimulant and I haven't dealt with that problem in 6 years now.. eat lots of fiber n vegs you will be fine.. I find rubbing my tummy 100 times help my pain try it..
Awh, baby I'm so sorry.
Try keeping yourself warm? And lie on your tummy- that helps me when I have a stomach ache.
