I have experienced this. But, what is the solution to this?
In a land dispute, I had approached a district level judge. He also made the same statement. As a judge, I can pass the 'judgement', but practically impossible for me to do to the justice for you.
The same is also the case with the assasination of Chandrasekar Prasad, the former president of JNUSU (Jawaharlal Nehru University Students Union). When students were protesting to against the governments inaction, instead of taking action on the criminals, it started victimising the students who demanded justice. I know very well about how the state laws are aginst justice. I too a victim of that 'so-called' intelligentia class in autority. How to eliminate them? Through armed struggle? Fools have more arms than us. I found that PHILOSOPHY IS THE MOST POWERFUL WEAPON. It has the power to change the mindset of the people. Being a teacher of chemistry, I concentrate much on how to keep justice. Forget about the man made laws. They are not natural laws. Human sufferings are true. I know that two third of india is going to bed without food. I know about the indian youths well. Immediately after their postgraduate course, they are jobless. They are in search of jobs. Many times, they do not even have the money to send even applications. Hope the mininsters of Indian 'democracy' read this. These are not lies. If anyone in the governments wants to know more about this - let them look back the government records of my own case. It will reveal the hardcore fact - Some laws of state aimed at curbing crime are even more criminal.
I have not chosen the armed struggle. But, before 15 years, I strongly desired for armed struggle.
Till the people learn to think, this will be a valid statement - Some laws of state aimed at curbing crime are even more criminal
properly now which you already gave us the solutions, stupid, i'd purely % to assert i think of you should stuff your candy face with 13 sausage hyperlinks and is a few thing i will completely stay with out seeing for something of my existence. And the subsequent one. i think you chipped your tooth at McD's. Did they pay for the tooth fix? would your canines attempt to dodge by using attempting to seize a number of that grub out of your mouth? you should chip a tooth that way too, you realize.
Most of the laws are misused to defeat the very purpose of enacting the law.
One best example is the democracy and electing the government by voting by public. But fate are decided by bribing the voters, one glass of alcohol, & one plate of Briyani.
It was said earlier that Government is of the people, for the people and by the people. Now its Far from the people & off the people by Buying the people!
SJ the "Are you the King of Justice" has busted out the inner sufferings. I have crossed so many such injustices in life.
That is absolutely correct and has great contemporary relevance. I would include the death penalty, many white collar crimes, perjury, war on Drug Laws, anti subversive legislation the US is now concluding that too many laws call for imprisonment, it's very expensive since the US has almost the largest number of prisoners per capita in the world
