I’m a 5’2, 11 year old female. I’m overweight (135lbs~) and want to lose weight before I enter high school so I can start happy and healthy. I’m asking for no fat shaming in the answers and no asking how I got that overweight. I don’t know how i gained that much, but I want to lose bad.

Substitute some of your snack foods out.
Carrots instead of chips.
An apple instead of a candy bar.
Try to include some vegetables into some of your meals as well.
And try to incorporate some exercise into your daily routine.
Wow you're kinda tall for an 11 year old girl.
Try exercising 30 mins a day, and eat less sugar and fat and more veggies. It sounds cliche, but those are huge parts of losing weight.

Watch TV. Every time a commercial comes on, WORKOUT for 3 minutes.
Cut back on your calories and exercise more. And you aren't allowed to have accounts on any sort of social media (Yahoo Answers, Facebook, etc.) for about another two years, when you turn age 13.
