The unity of Man was taken out of Man and thus Wo me→n, Created His; ... a New, His bo→nes His creation by both being the nak ed o ne Earth first, so what did this do for them/us today?.
(20) The man gave names to all the cattle, and to the birds of the sky, and to every beast of the field, but for Adam there was not found a helper suitable for him. (21) So the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon the man, and he slept; then He took one of his ribs and closed up the flesh at that place. (22) The LORD God fashioned into a woman the rib which He had taken from the man, and brought her to the man.
(23) The man said,
“This is now bone of my bones,
And flesh of my flesh;
She shall be called Woman,
Because she was taken out of Man.”
(24) For this reason a man shall leave his father and his mother, and be joined to his wife; and they shall become one flesh. (25) And the man and his wife were both naked and were not ashamed.

A beginning into a most beautiful study starts with an ideal in mind and heart. We see that Mankind is created first with Adam and then a helper is introduced to us who Adam calls Woman. The hours have flown with this study… so lovely as some of what God wants to build in me is being founded. To be consciously awakened to God’s story of creation is a marvelous experience and I find myself in a state of new found awe because it is all so glorious… as we our veils are lifted one by one. So thank you for asking.
God revealed to Adam his image in moments of time as Adam became more advanced with all that God had prepared for him… Even coming to acknowledgement of The Likeness he was made in took some time. For instance… as Adam is put into the Garden, then, with the naming of the creatures in creation, we see as Adam processes then progresses his identity is being formed…
Even to the time in where God asks him to name the animals creatures in this Kingdom. We also see, how wise God is… because in having Adam do this a discovery is realized.. he is different from them. For instance he walks upright on two legs rather than four, he thinks differently. He progresses so well mentally that he realizes he alone is the one creature capable of tilling the ground (no animal can) recognizing his superiority to the animal creation Adam becomes knowledgeable that he is made in God s image and he becomes aware of who he is. As he tends the Garden of Eden… his special solitary existence defines his nature to himself.. Adams appreciation of his uniqueness grows In the naming of the animals, most of us are unaware that in naming the animals, Adam is tested in ways that give him an awareness that he is made differently to the animal creation. He comes to be more aware of the uniqueness of the species of life. Ultimately he recognizes that he is alone, as there is only one... and this is where Unity affects us... we are meant to have Communion with our Kind... In tenderness God sees that His man is not good and in love God provides Adam with the provision of Woman... and what a provision this is! God causes a deep sleep to fall upon Adam and in this takes a rib, and then sets to task forming Woman… Adam awakes to his absolute joyful astonishment he sees her as an extension of himself.. as as the glory of the man, 1 Co. 11:7. If man is the head, she is the crown, a crown to her husband, the crown of the visible creation..
it is easy to say, and this is the deepest of journeys. We could journal forever through space and time… in a desire to paint a portrait of all that was manifested here with such love of God’s Spirit and Wisdom.
So here I go with some of what has graced my heart and mind as I have taken myself into this honorable journey.
Woman was taken from the Man.. for unity .... for the freedom of love ... for procreation... to fulfill our Fathers.. wishes.. to be fruitful and multiply...the Sure Creation of Us... was born with the Fathers gift of Wo men to Man... the womb of Man... the Spirit was given.. as well.. through Adam.. as God breathed this to Him... there's amore to this than we first recognize..
There is so much more to this Story of God and the Story of Us.. I am outta space... here.. but not outta time... :) God bless, loved this again and again and again... God is soooo good to us... Genesis happens within me too as God shows me amore'. Our Father placed in Adam... the seed of the generations... for beautification on earth... and Woman came to be in union with him to fulfill God's eternal plan > to share in union all the charity God wanted us to have... ever more. Woman made from Man implies a personal... communion... personal intimacy... that only image finds in image.. to be one of a kind...this is something the animal creation could not have with Adam... One of a kind ... is manifested in knowing the kind with the kind... if you will..Blessed by our Father.. as the two were joined together in union, hence unity… and God said Good…as He gave Adam, she from he…
Bone of my bones... means from the image that is God...
You forgot the part where male and female were created at the same time. Gen. 1:27, Gen 5:1
Woman is completely separate from the female. She is something all together different.
Keep searching.
Some people just can't stand the truth. They haven't learned to read either.
What I find interesting is that God waited until Adam ASKED for a mate, Also the KJV is better because it uses the word made, which is b-n-h, meaning to build, and to discern, indicating in the Hebrew that the woman was endowed with more intelligence than the man. Hey I'm just saying! And "brought her to" is an interesting phrase, it represents as word usage that means she was decked out like a bride and God, brought her to him in a wedding chamber. There is a ceremony going on here.
The name is bestowed in two parts, woman or ishah, to ish, which is derived from a different stem than, man-woman. Actually it is closer to "wife of man". By doing so, in giving her her first name, he is naming himself a nd he is discovering his own "manhood". Her next name Hawwa, or Eve then comes from him. There is a lot going on here.
The book of genesis is allegory not literal
Keep in mind that the bible was written by men.
