i'm not sure about a fifth season but the last episode from a couple of weeks ago was was only the 4th season mid-season finale. There's an entire second half of the season left, which is most likely returning around January.

If it was successful, which I think it is one of the most successful shows on abc family, then it will continue. It didn't say 'series finale' and normally with a show that's gone on for 4 seasons, they'll let you know if it's going to end soon.
