I'm not good at English. I study ESL (English as a second language)
I really need help with the above prompt.
Cannot think of anything to write about. My teacher told me to relate the OMAGH bombing for this. I'm allowed to use any other example as well, but OMAGH bombing is compulsory.
Can someone please help me. At least help me with the structure of the essay.

If you use bombs to settle differences, you are cementing the ill will between the two parties; the winners will be forever looking to their backs and the losers will always be aiming at them.
Negotiation, on the other hand, seeks to understand both sides and each side is prepared to give a little. Thus, the peace which follows is based on the truth of the situation as well as any mitigating circumstances on either side. Each gives a little and expects that to be reciprocated. As well, each side may have to relinquish other things.
This second type of negociattions can take place before or after the conflict. Common sense tells us it is easier to negotiate than to bridge the gap after a war.
