Title: What if the Joker battled Optimus Prime?
Question:
WHO would win this battle, HOW, WHY, lets look at some of the details, The Joker has no powers, just his mind and a few gadgets with an ace up his sleeve, Now about Prime, he’s far stronger, no gun could harm him, at least one that the Joker could lift, but prime said during the movie he doesn’t harm humans. Would the Joker have time to scheme a plan, or would Prime learn who this Crazy mad man is and destroy the first human in his life since arriving on earth?
So who would win and how would they win and Why?

the joker--- you see like you said optimus is too caring for the human race. so the joker would come up with some sort of scheme to use that against him. He'd probably kidnap a bunch of people and put them in some sort of trap or contraption thought up by himself. Then optimus would turn himself in to the will of the Joker to protect the innocents.
I'm a huge Joker fan (from the comics & Batman TAS) but Optomis Prime is a building-sized robot, so that's some pretty stiff competition.
The Joker has a very high IQ, but Robots don;t forget & make less input errors.
The Joker is a sadomasochist, but robot punches aren't fun for even the most hardcore masochist.
The Joker has toxic bolily fluids & uses poisons, but you can't poison a robot.
The Joker has not shown himself to be computer savy, so he can't give Optimus Prime a virus.
The only deffence the Joker has against a transformer is pyrotechnics/arson. He's blown up schools & hospitals about Optimus Prime's side, but there's the little problem of how to rig explosives on a centient robot that can smash you like a bug.
Oh wait, he's loose friends with Lex Luthor, he could buy/steal some outragious long-distance range cannons & lazers from him, operated by Superman, who is under the Mad Hatter's mind control or under Poison Ivy or Gorgeous Gilly's influence. There's also the fact that no matter how much Batman hates the Joker, he would still obligingly protect him from death due to his creed, not that Batman would be much help against a Transformer.
I think Optimus Prime will most definitely win because like you stated before he has way more powers than "The Joker"

surely optimus will lose if joker starts a joke competition.. hahhaha but then if they are serious, i dont think joker will win over optimus because joker will always be a joker.. joker getting serious will never be funny at all. hehehehehe
by utilising turning Harvey Dent into the undesirable guy, and having Gotham lose desire in any sturdy. Harvey Dent substitute into meant to alter Gotham right into a sturdy city and supply desire. while he grew to become evil if the city of Gotham could have seen that even their Harvey Dent can substitute into evil then there could be no desire. So for Gotham to not see that there substitute into no desire and having the Joker not win, they did not tutor Gotham what Harvey Dent grew to become. quite they made Batman the "villain".
Optimus Prime, simply because he steps on him.
