1. As a teenager I know school work was hard for me to concentrate on and my parents were expecting perfect grades from me, That was very stressful. And now as an adult and married, I find that marriage is even more of a stress on me than school was. There's more people I have to "impress" now, parents, parents-in-law, husband, other family, friends.
2. I've been stressed to the point of spending 6 months in a stress unit.
3. It's stressful becuase so many people expect so much from you. Everyone has way too high expectations, and I'm afraid I might not measure up to them.
4. I write poetry while listening to calming music to deal with my stress. It calms me and relaxes me.
5. Usually I try to deal with it myself, sometimes i lean on my husband when I'm real stressed out and he helps some, I used to take medication for it, and I tried drinking the stress away, but those didn't help any.
6. I suffered from adolescent depression, and now suffer from adult depression. I think mine was caused because I was never the person in school who made good grades, my parents were never proud of me. I was picked on because living in a small town everyone know everyone else's family life. People knew the high standards my parents had set for me, and they knew I didn't reach them.
7. My stress makes my husband get stressed out. There's usually more arguments when I'm stressed.

my stress shows on my face when I've too much to do in such a short time.
yes, everybody feels stress sometime or the other in life. I'm not different.
expectations of near ones and bosses make me stressful.
i just leave it to GOD and keep prioritising the work in hand.
i tend to go to solitude or to my deity for de-stressing
yes, i have known such people. one committed suicide, one had to undergo medication but a lot more are living normal - though some have continued with stressful lives.
believe me once you are out of school, you won't believe these events needed any stress at all. as far as these issues are concerned nothing is stressful at all, world events though are a cause of worry for me. other s i can't even consider as stressful, not even when i was into school.
lately develop into in an open-courting. now that is over. i'm unmarried again. it typically takes a lengthy time period for me to detect a sparkling love. that is unlike human beings, who're fortunate to get someone properly once they chop up with someone. love existence = roller coaster.
