I am not saying my perspective of Goth is correct. For me, being Goth is not all about wearing black & having black hair & black nail polish. I dress quite normally, in fact. I like corsets & Gothic/Victorian style dresses, but I don't wear them. I appreciate art, architecture, literature & music, including the darker aspects of such, and, no, I am not talking about teenage vampire romance novels. I am talking about, for instance, Victorian & 19th Century English Literature—true Gothic Romance [Romanticism]. It's all very beautiful & richly intoxicating, but, of course, this is coming from an English Literature & Communications major. I am also not depressed, nor do I cut myself, but I find these things also fall into the "Goth" stereotype. I am actually a very happy person, albeit I worry way too much! *lol* But, who doesn't in today's world?

There's all kinds of goths.
There's the pixie goths who like glitter, frilly dresses and dark but colorful hair (often purple).
There's the vampire goths who are often pale, read a lot of Anne Rice, also dress a bit spooky, but aren't so much into the makeup.
Lets not forget the fetish goths, those are the ones running around in over-the-top bondage gear, indecent exposure avoided only by a few pieces of electrical tape, large colorful hair extensions and spooky platform shoes.
Last, but not least, there's the non-conformist goths, who often avoid most of the sterotypes listed above, but tend to go a more subtile approach, like corsets and velvet.
The contestants on the spectacular Race", Kynt and Vixsyn the goths. I have a goth neighbor or perhaps inspite of the actuality that his personality seems diverse because of his "goth" identify, he's merely the same as anybody else you would meet because we are all diverse. His relations is Christian, yet i'm no longer certain the position he stands. i might want to imagine a goth may be any faith, yet regularly i detect them atheists. regularly they placed on black clothing and darkish eye make up. seems extra like a sort of non-public clothing than a personality trait like "emo" or some thing like that.
I am an actor. When I saw GOTH, I immediately bought a set of clothes to feel GOTH. As long as personally experienced, we will truly understand its feelings. This imagination more, there is usually a big difference. This is my idea.
I have several different online store to buy some clothes and shoes. I now recommend to you that they are better quality and price. I hope you can feel the magic of GOTH.

I went to a funeral of a student who was in the Masters Program at the College where I use to work and his family members were all Goth with the long black coats, heavy, heavy eyeliners, long black hair, even the guys and I thought to myself, "Did the decease have a dark side that I was not aware?"...Well, I tried to offer my condolescence and not one of them would shake my hand, but they shook the hand of my friend who is caucasian..I will never forget the experience so I wondered ever since if these group of people were haters of blacks, but I never cared enough to even find out....>:)
If someone labeled themselves "goth", I would think of young, immature people walking around dressed in all black, black makeup who hang out at malls and pretend like they only listen to one type of music when they really listen to different kinds and like all different types of stuff, they just hide it to look cooler and obtain some sort of exclusive label. They also act like they are better than everyone else and try to look scary but usually are timid when it comes down to it, all they want is to fit in somewhere.
