Spoiler alert-In the last Jedi, Kylo Ren kills big boss and almost seems good. Becomes evil “leader” Where as in Hans solo, Hans girl freind seems good kills bossman and takes his evil seat. In Force awakens, Storm trooper becomes good, in Hans, he himself is a trooper and becomes “good”. Nobody’s talking about this which I assume nobody cares or notices or its done on perpose which I doubt.

A lot of people have noticed - and complained. The themes and scenarios you mentioned are tropes that worked in the earlier movies. They helped make those movies successful. When film studios make movies these days, their goal generally isn't to share a good story with the world, but rather, to make as much money as possible. By using the same characters, plot formula or other familiar themes, they hope the proverbial lightning will strike again - that the success achieved with the earlier movies will repeat itself with the new, similar film - and win them a lot of profits. They are afraid to take risks these days. They're afraid that if they change the plot patterns in the earlier films, audiences won't like them and, consequently, won't buy tickets to see them. But by refusing to take creative risks, and by simply replaying the same story lines over and over again, the studios and filmmakers are driving audiences away for a different reason: It's boring and fewer people will want to see the movies. But since the films a part of the wildly popular "Star Wars" franchise, the studios are willing to take that risk. They're gambling it's most-loyal fan base will always pay to see anything with the "Star Wars" name on it. They think it's easy money.
Did Hans have a friend named Sven? Or perhaps Kristoff?
