In terms of meaning anything, not very much, I'm afraid. Unless you are also directly related to the Electress Sophia of Hanover (and assuming you are not a Roman Catholic) you won't have a claim to the throne of the United Kingdom.
It doesn't mean much unless you are a legitimate descendant of the Electress Sophia of Hanover; this would mean that you are in line of succession to the British throne:
Since this list was compiled, others have joined the line: George, Charlotte, Louis, Mia, Lena and others...
As to having a title, no, being a distant cousin doesn't mean that you are royal, nor have any kind of title. If you were titled, your father would be titled, as was his father, and his grandfather, down the male line.
Many people are distantly related to royalty; if a genealogist traces a family line far into the past, finding a royal ancestor is actually not at all unusual.
Everyone's related to royalty, because everyone on the planet is related to everyone else on the planet. There's nothing unusual about it. No, it doesn't mean anything.
If you're wondering whether it means you have a title you didn't know about, it does not. If you had one, you'd definitely know it. In order to have a royal title, you have to be closely related to a monarch, as in son, daughter, grandchild, possibly niece, nephew, or first cousin. In order to have a noble title, you need to be closely related to a peer, an aristocrat -- as in, your father (or possibly your paternal grandfather in the case of dukes and marquesses) needs to be one.
It doesn't mean much. I am approximately 8th cousin to: President Bill Clinton, President George Bush (both of them), Barbara Bush, Matt Damon, James Dean, Johnny Depp, Eminem, Miley Cyrus, Warren Buffet, and many, many, many more.
If you are 12th cousins, that means you share a pair of 11x "great" grandparents. You (and Elizabeth) have 8,192 great grandparents! So, 13 GENERATIONS AGO, you shared 2 out of over 8,000 relatives... not a very close relationship.

Does not mean anything.
If your common ancestor was Sophia of Hanover, then you are in the line of succession.
Someone once calculated that native-born English people are on the average 40th cousins or closer.
The line of succession to the throne has been traced out to at least the hundredth place. Even so, I doubt that you're in that lineup.
So, no, it only means that you have a very distant relative in common. Thousands of other people are in the same position as you are, or even closer.
It means nothing.
