Hello everyone, good morning
I'm a beginner in yoga, this is not a important question but I just want to know if doing yoga in the morning, afternoon, and evening is too much for the body b/c i'm already just doing yoga in morning and evening,but i thought i would in the afternoon too,to have get flexible faster and get all the other benefits from yoga faster.

No, there is no problem doing it as much as you like. In fact, the more you practice it the better your health will be. It is not about reducing the number of hours, it IS about practice and exercises.

Why not try doing it in afternoon too (if you enjoy it that much) and if you find it too much, stop.
Yoga is a great way to relax and become more flexible and more toned.
